Mr. Kramer is a senior mechanical designer and production/project manager whose background includes many aspects of mechanical design and construction project management. Mr. Kramer has designed and prepared construction documents for HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, industrial process piping and petroleum process piping. His design experience, which spans thirty-two years, includes over ten years of manual drafting and thirty plus years of computer aided drafting (CAD). He is also experienced in the use of computer-assisted design software such as Trane Trace Load Analysis, Trane TOPPS, ESP-II, HAP 4.2 Heating/Cooling Load and Energy Analysis, and various equipment selection programs. Mr. Kramer has been a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) for twenty-two years.
As a senior mechanical designer and production/project manager, his duties include meeting with clients, reviewing the project scope of work, job site assessments and observations, producing and/or reviewing thermal loads, system design, product research, editing of specifications, project coordination with design team, in-house quality control and project management.
Over the past thirty years, Mr. Kramer has gained vast design and construction experience in many types of projects. Some of these projects include airports, ambulatory surgery centers, apartments/condominiums, campus energy plants, churches, clean rooms, club houses, court houses, educational facilities, high rise, historical renovations, hospitals, hotels, industrial/manufacturing facilities, marinas, military facilities, nuclear facilities, office buildings, performing arts centers, large residential dwellings, restaurants and sports arenas.
